Mobile App Not Loading
If the mobile app was working and now it loads a black screen, it is likely that your session or cache is corrupt.
- Force quit Spotify and JukeLab and try again
- Open Spotify and clear the playback queue
- Browse to Settings and press “FACTORY RESET”
If this doesn’t work, uninstall then reinstall again.
Web App Errors on Load
If the web app was working and now it doesn’t load, it is likely that your session or cache is corrupt.
Open the FACTORY RESET page in your browser. This clears local storage.
